Strawberry Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • 24-30 ladyfingers
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz whipped cream


Garnish:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Mint leaves, optional


Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the whipped cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add the mascarpone cheese, icing sugar and vanilla extract and beat on medium speed until stiff, set aside.
  • Coat the ladyfingers in a single layer, in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish or similar size.
  • Brush half of the ladyfingers with half of the orange juice.
  • Divide half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and top with half of the sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat the steps again.
  • Cover with whipped cream and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with sliced strawberries and mint leaves. Serve!
