Due to the multitudes of orders we receive on a daily basis, it may happen that we have not processed your order properly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We work hard to ensure that you receive your order as complete as possible. We recommend that you contact DeliNova customer service.

I ordered groceries online and choose for in-store pick up. How can I pay?
You can pay for your pick-up order in the store. This can only be done by debit/credit card (swipe).

I forgot to order something. Can I still change my order?

The difference can be caused by slight differences in the weight of items such as meat, vegetables and fruits. These products are specially prepared for you by our fresh produce departments.


How do I place a repeat order?
To place a repeat order, go to your account and then click on "Order History". Here you can open one of the orders you have placed in the past and you can put the ordered products back into your shopping cart. Via the button "reorder everything" you can place the entire order in your shopping cart again. You can also use the "shopping lists", where you can set up products that you want to order more often.


I make a repeat order through “my order history” and noticed that some products are not placed in my shopping cart. How is this possible?
If a product is no longer in the range, it will not be placed in the shopping cart. We supply fresh products, so it can happen that we sometimes run out of stock a little faster. We supply fresh produce, so we may run out of stock. We restock our store with fresh produce weekly.

At what time can I pick up my online order?
You can pick up your online order Monday through Friday from 01:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m to 03:00 p.m. Please note: if you order after 09:00 a.m. you can pick up your order the next day after 01:00 p.m.


Where in the store do I have to report to pick up my groceries?
You can report directly at the desk upon arrival. One of our desk employees will be happy to help you.


What are the costs if I want to pick up an online order?
Picking up your order is completely free.


Do I have to show my identity card when picking up an online order?
No, you do not need to show proof of identity. It is useful if you bring the order confirmation with you. This way we can quickly find your order.


I have ordered a product for the regular price, but it is now on sale. What now?
You pay the price that applies the day that you collect your online order.

Having your groceries delivered is totally free. At DeliNova you do not pay delivery costs.

Our drivers leave early in the morning to deliver the orders. Unfortunately, we cannot say at this moment when the driver will visit you. If you want the order to be delivered around a specific time, you can indicate this in the comments field when placing you order.


Can I select a delivery time myself?
No, you cannot select a delivery time yet. We are working hard to offer you this option.


What happens if I am not at home when my groceries are being delivered?
We will try to call you if you are not at home when we are delivering your order and try to solve it together with you.
