Caramel Apple Trifle
Ingredients:
3 apples peeled and cubed
1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon brown caster sugar
150 ml whipped cream
100 grams of cream cheese
60 grams of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2.5 teaspoon cinnamon
80 grams of granola
Caramel sauce or dulce de leche

Plastic bag or piping bag
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the apples in it. Season with lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar. Heat this until the apples are done. Then let the cinnamon apples cool.
Beat the whipped cream together with the sugar and 1.5 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Stir the cream cheese and mix it with the whipped cream and vanilla. Place the mixture in a plastic bag or piping bag so that you can pipe the whipped cream mixture into the glasses later.
Mix the granola with a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Divide a tablespoon of the whipped cream mixture over the glasses, then spread a layer of the granola on top, then the caramel sauce and then the apples. And repeat these layers one more time.
Serve the apple trifle with caramel immediately or store this delicious dessert covered in the refrigerator.
